WHAT IS MEDITATION

Meditation is an ancient practice through a multitude of methods where peace, tranquillity and connectivity are achieved. During meditation, attention and awareness can be placed towards breathing, certain words (via chanting), areas of the body and specific objects. Physical, mental and energetic methods can be used for meditation.

MY APPROACH

I have been practising meditation for twenty two years. During this time, I have studied many different different forms of meditation where I have developed my own practice and for the last 5 years help facilitate for others. One to one be it online or in person, i will take you through a meditation using a technique/method aligned with your intentions. My aim is to provide you with the necessary tools for you to develop your own meditative practice. However, you are more than welcome if you feel it would be more beneficial to have regular or sporadic assistance with your practice.
